Ramazan Slamkhanov is the Founder and Managing Director of Central Asia Strategic Advisory (CASA), a Washington-based platform focused on strengthening economic engagement between the United States and Central Asia.
Through CASA, he works with businesses, institutions, and investors seeking to develop partnerships and navigate opportunities across the U.S. and Central Asian markets. His work focuses on strategic advisory, market entry support, and building institutional connections between public and private sector stakeholders.
Ramazan has extensive experience in international economic cooperation and public diplomacy. Prior to launching CASA, he served for several years within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he worked on multilateral diplomacy and international engagement.
He has also been actively involved in initiatives promoting trade and business cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United States. In addition, Ramazan represents QazTrade in the United States, supporting the expansion of Kazakhstani companies into global markets.
