Ramazan has extensive experience in international economic cooperation and public diplomacy. Prior to launching CASA, he served for several years within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he worked on multilateral diplomacy and international engagement.
He has also been actively involved in initiatives promoting trade and business cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United States. In addition, Ramazan represents QazTrade in the United States, supporting the expansion of Kazakhstani companies into global markets.
